Experience the Ultimate Luxury Charter Boat in Key West
The new 36 Front Runner has arrived, and it has completely exceeded expectations. With its deep-V, double-step hull, this high-performance center console slices through choppy waters effortlessly—offering passengers a smooth, comfortable ride unlike traditional charter boats.
Fishy Business has quickly become one of the top luxury charter vessels in Key West, setting a new standard for style, speed, and comfort. Guests enjoy spacious seating, ample shade, and premium amenities that make every outing—whether fishing, sightseeing, birding, or exploring—the highlight of their trip.
Client feedback says it all:
- “The speed and ride are incredible!”
- “This boat gives us more fishing time and comfort.”
- “We can’t wait to come back!”
Thanks to its speed and range, the 36 Front Runner can access remote fishing spots beyond the reach of smaller center consoles and slower charter boats. A five-hour trip aboard Fishy Business equals a full-day adventure on older vessels—getting you more action, more comfort, and more time on the fish.
Key West Offshore Fishing Like Never Before
Since adding the new boat, we’ve expanded our reach into the Gulf of Mexico, targeting shrimp boats and offshore towers where monster blackfin tuna—some tipping the scales at 30–36 lbs—are waiting. We’ve also had great success with cobia, grouper, and snapper over deep-water structures that hold big schools of fish in the Gulf.
To the south, the Atlantic side of Key West offers world-class pelagic action for mahi-mahi, wahoo, tuna, sailfish, marlin, and swordfish. As cold fronts move through, the sailfish, wahoo, and blackfin bite comes alive. Our team uses proven methods like trolling, live baiting, and kite fishing—especially effective for sailfish during the winter and spring months.
Swordfish and Deep-Drop Adventures
If chasing a true trophy is on your list, our 30-mile run to The Wall gets you there fast. Using LP electric reels, we drop baits 1,500–1,800 feet deep to target powerful swordfish and other deep-water giants. Guests can choose electric assist or crank by hand for the full challenge. We’re looking forward to our first swordfish catch aboard the new Front Runner.
Nearshore and Reef Fishing
For guests who prefer to stay closer to shore, we also offer exciting bottom-fishing trips on the Atlantic side for grouper, snapper, king mackerel, and barracuda. The patch reefs just 3–5 miles offshore provide non-stop action and plenty of fresh table fare for a great day on the water.
